Research

Learn More

My research is situated at the intersection of contemporary art, curatorial practice, archives and public space in Singapore.

Positioned between art history, curatorship, visual arts pedagogy, and artistic research, I examine the nature of contemporary art within institutional and independent frameworks, and how art histories are formed, remembered, and made public through exhibitions, archives, artist-led initiatives, and everyday encounters.

Teaching

My teaching approach is broadly interdisciplinary, shaped by my belief that contemporary art, visual culture, and curatorial practice are deeply connected to wider social, historical, political, and pedagogical contexts.
